Upgrading Bent Glass Tempering Project In Sri Lanka

Since industries continue to push the boundaries of innovation, some of our long-term customers also ask for an upgrading reconstruction, from a flat glass tempering furnace to a bent/flat glass tempering machine.

Here shows one examples of our upgrading projects, taken in Sri Lanka in May, 2024.

In 2022, we delivered the flat glass tempering furnace YD-F-2442 and completed installation, commissioning and training of machine. It is put into production and brings batches of high and stable quality tempered glass sheet.

This year, after a further communication on the product request, we sent an experienced engineer to our customer’s factory to take the machine upgrading project.

And now it becomes a multi-functional tempering machine with double entrances. One entrance for tempering flat glass, and the other for tempering bent glass.

Bent and tempered glass is not just about meeting functional requirements. It about enhancing the visual and structural integrity of the projects that it is a part of.
