Fully Automatic Glass Double Edging and Washing Line in China

We are glad to announce that our newest innovation in the automation area proves a great success! On early October, our engineers finish the installation and commissioning of our first fully-automatic servo control glass double edging and washing production line in domestic market.

As labor costs increase and production requires higher efficiency, factory owners are looking for higher level of automation to improve output and reduce costs. Therefore, Liaoda spent much effort in doing researches on market demands and developing new machine models.

As a result, Liaoda launched the upgrade version of glass double edging machine this April and put it into production in October.
The fully-automatic glass double edging line adopts servo motors to control not only the glass conveying and width changing, but also the grinding spindle distance. It can obviously help workers to operate the machine and ensure good grinding and polishing performance easily.

One more feature focuses on its grinding residual detecting function. With a special device installed at the inlet, it can detect the change of glass size. Once the residual size exceeds too much, machine will immediately slow down the conveying speed to avoid glass damage.

After the double grinding process, the production line transfers glass to washing process. An intelligent high pressure glass washing machine creates a thorough cleaning and drying performance to glass with low energy consumption.
